Reports To: Resort Manager/ Hotel Director & Owner
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures;
- Supervise the hiring, recruiting and training of staff;
- Follow the process for requiring working permits for foreign workers;
- Provide support to employees on human resources issues;
- Ensuring business activities performance in accordance with standard operative procedures, instructions of the management and legal and sub-legal regulations, as well as acts of the Employer;
- Realization of planned business results;
- Promote a positive and collaborative company culture;
- Monitor and manage employee well-being and development;
- Monitor and manage employee shifts, overtime, holidays…;
Essential Duties:
- Suggest and organize human resources work according to Company’s plans;
- Plan, organize, educate and control all the department activities, as the employees too;
- Prepare tenders and candidate selection;
- In collaboration with company’s lawyer, prepare and elaborate company's normative acts in the field of work relations;
- Prepare work contracts, warnings and decisions about work contracts cancellations;
- Conduct disciplinary interviews and decides about disciplinary measures for the employees;
- Contact the state inspectorates in the work relations field, sanitary inspection, work protection inspection…;
- Control the work of hotel employees and resolves all current problems related to their work, together with their Manager;
- Prepare the analysis related with human resources and salaries department;
- Execute all other duties by order of the Employer;
- All other duties ordered by the employer.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly
