RMH Leisure and Business implemented special safety protocols, already operative in our hotels, all in lign with the instructions given by the WHO ( World Health Organization ), Croatian Institute for Public Health and professional tourism associations.
An internal technical commetee for the implementation and constant control of the measures included in the safety protocols has been nominated on-site.
A detailed action plan for managing potential Covid situation during the guest’s stay has been prepared in all hotels of the RMH group.
Furthermore, our hotels have a ventilation system and air treatment in all outlets. The air, taken from outside is filtered and released into the property continuously.

 

 

STAFF

  • Disinfect and wash hands regularly;
  • Body temperature check at the beginning of each shift;
  • Staff provided with facialmasks;
  • Staff training for correct implementation of prevention rules;
  • Provided to each employee a disinfection product for the sanification of the working place, to be done at the end of each shift.

 

 

 

CHECK IN

  • Safety instructions sent by pre-arrival email to guests;
  • Hand sanitizers available at the entrance and the front desk;
  • Plexiglass barriers where guest stays in front of our staff.

 

 

 

 

 

ACCOMMODATION UNIT

  • New sanitization procedures of all room surfaces and textiles. A special attention to the most touched items like hangers, remote controllers..;
  • Room maids wearing gloves and masks;
  • Windows and doors open during cleaning to increase air circulation.

 

 

 

 

 

RESTAURANT AND BARS

  • Tables arranged to ensure a prescribed social distancing;
  • Disinfections of tables after each guest including all intems of the table;
  • Ation of the F&B outlet several time per day;
  • All food handlers and supervisors trained in safe food preparation and service practices.

 

 

 

COMMON AREAS

  • Frequently touched objects and surfaces disinfection plan;
  • Installation of hand sanitizing stations in proximity of elevators, toilets and restaurant;
  • Detaild handwashing instructions placed in all public toilets;
  • Implementation of social distancing measures (1.5-2 meters);
  • Outline of separate entry and exit paths.

 

 

 

 

BEACH, POOL AND SPA AREAS

  • Staff provided with facialmasks and gloves;
  • Pools and beaches ensure social distancing with sunbeds division plan;
  • Sunbeds frequently disinfected.

 

 

 

 

 

MEETING AREAS

  • Adoption of ad hoc precautions and procedures for the organization of meetings (respecting social distancing);
  • Adoption of all measures for all catering services (buffet suspended but à la carte or done by our staff).
